The court tells us to see no race.With the Supreme Court telling universities to value the individual, let’s hope the DEI activists see their folly and return to Color-blindness, Merit, Equal opportunity under the law. The court found UNC had no viable race-neutral alternatives to its current race-conscious practice.”Mortgage lenders lend to anyone building harmony in the workplace and community.  Meanwhile, industry advocates, regulators, and investors set up systems that do not serve all borrowers well.
